All Kapsule purchases are final sale, except as outlined below or required by applicable law. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, size selection, or color preferences.

ALL HIGH RISK ORDERS WILL BE REFUNDED

The shipping and billing address must match as it is makes sure all the information is correct so your order shipped in a timely manner.

We reserve the right to refuse any refunds or returns at any time.

If Order is cancelled or item is refunded please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to return to your card.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact kapsuleusinfo@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where possible.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund. If a return is needed for a confirmed faulty or incorrect item, we will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
